### Domain Names — How long do DNS changes take?

When a domain is newly registered, the nameservers are changed, or DNS changes are made, you can expect a propagation time of up to 24 hours. This is because it takes time for the DNS to take effect across the internet. The actual time of propagation may vary in some locations based on your network setup.

### What forms of payments do you accept?

Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Monero, USDT, PerfectMoney. PrivateAlps proudly supports a broad spectrum of cryptocurrencies for seamless transactions. Over 50 different cryptocurrencies are supported in total. Every transaction is automated and secured via the company's self-hosted gateway, ensuring not only a smooth experience but also top-tier security for all transactions. ### I do not have server administration skills, can I order administration from you?

### There is no configuration suitable for me in the list of available servers and VPS. Is it possible to change the configuration of the server or VPS?

Of course it is possible, but the price of the server will change. It is also worth considering that for VPS configuration changes, the change will be fast — only the configuration of the virtualization server needs to be changed. However, for a dedicated server, the configuration change menu may take time, since the necessary components may not be available.

### Can I order a backup server?

PrivateAlps offers a special service — the Cloud Backup service. As part of this service, you indicate what data needs to be copied. If you need this information, you will be provided with a copy.

### Can I order an additional IP address?

Yes, additional IPs are available for order in your account.

### Can I use KVM/VNC to server?

KVM and VNC are available for use on dedicated HP servers as well as virtual servers. On a virtual server, VNC is available on an ongoing basis in the control panel. For dedicated servers, KVM connects on request. If necessary, permanent access to KVM can be arranged.

### Can I reinstall my dedicated servers, and what are the options for doing so?

Yes, dedicated servers can be reinstalled. There are two options available:

1. **Self-Reinstallation:** You can perform the reinstallation yourself using the IPMI Console. This option allows independent management of the process; a ticket needs to be created to request the IPMI Console credentials.
2. **Assisted Reinstallation:** If you prefer assistance with the reinstallation, PrivateAlps offers a service to handle the process for you. There is a €20 fee associated with this assisted reinstallation service. This option can also be requested by creating a ticket.
