    KVM and VNC are available for use on dedicated HP servers as well as virtual servers. On a virtual server, VNC is available to you on an ongoing basis in the control panel. For Dedicated Servers, KVM connects on request. If necessary, you can arrange permanent access to KVM.

    Yes, you can reinstall your dedicated servers. There are two options available:

    1. Self-Reinstallation: You can perform the reinstallation yourself using the IPMI Console. This option allows you to manage the process independently, you need to create a ticket to request the IPMI Console Credentials.

    2. Assisted Reinstallation: If you prefer assistance with the reinstallation, we offer a service where we can handle the process for you. Please be aware that there is a €20 fee associated with this assisted reinstallation service, you can also request this assisted reinstallation by creating a ticket.
