At PrivateAlps, privacy is not a feature, it is the foundation of everything we build. Our infrastructure and policies are designed with a Zero Trust architecture, meaning that even internally, employees and systems cannot access customer data.
When you place an order and become our customer, we only collect the minimum information required to process your service:
- Name (can be pseudonym)
- Email address
- txID of cryptopayment
We do not collect or store credit card details on our website.
By using our services, your servers may store data such as content files, databases, emails, or VPN traffic. However, PrivateAlps has no access to this information. We operate on a strict no-logs policy:
- We do not log VPN sessions, browsing histories, or access records.
- We do not monitor or inspect server content.
- We do not store passwords for any customer services; any access credentials are encrypted end-to-end (E2EE) and inaccessible to staff.
Your services are your responsibility. PrivateAlps provides the infrastructure, but we cannot and do not look inside.
All sensitive data related to account management (not service data) is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and encrypted.
Passwords and access tokens are never stored in clear text.
Our panel and management tools are built entirely in-house, self-hosted, with open-source components only, and without third-party trackers.
By design, employees have no access to customer servers or data, ensuring your information remains private at all times.
All employees of PrivateAlps are required before entering into employment with PrivateAlps to sign a non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement that prohibits disclosure of confidential client information during employment as well as after they cease to be employed by PrivateAlps.
All vendors and service providers are required before entering into business with PrivateAlps to sign a non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement that prohibits disclosure of confidential business informations.
We don’t track, we don’t sell data, we don’t compromise. Your services run cleanly and securely, without hidden surveillance.
PrivateAlps does not share or sell client data to third parties, ever. We will only act in response to an official court order executed by a competent judge or magistrate within the jurisdiction of Switzerland.
Any updates to this Privacy Policy will be published on our main site. We encourage you to review it periodically.
